Back to School HPV ECHO – Facilitated Q&A Form

  During each ECHO session, participants are encouraged to share challenges, successes, or question(s) with faculty and others in attendance in a “Facilitated Q&A” session. We intend for the resulting discussion to help promote building professional networks and foster collaboration and sharing of best practices.   If you are interested in submitting challenges, successes, or questions related to HPV vaccination in advance of the ECHO session, please complete the form.
