Health Equity Community Project ECHO Series
April 2022 - January 2024
In partnership with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) and Anthem, the American Cancer Society (ACS) launch this ECHO program. The target audience is Federally Qualified Health Centers and their patient advisory councils, governing boards and community-based organizations. The goals of this program were to explore, identify, and implement community-driven solutions to reduce medical mistrust, elevate patients’ perspective and experiences, use data to inform project, create comprehensive action plan and strengthen partnerships with participants.
