Animal-Assisted Therapy in Cancer ECHO – Cohort 2

June 2026 - November 2026

The American Cancer Society has developed an ECHO program with the goal of increasing access to and the impact of the therapeutic benefits of animal-assisted therapy for children and teens with cancer, and their caregivers. The target audience for this program is health care professionals, including Certified Child Life Specialists and hospital administration, interested in developing or growing animal-assisted therapy programs to support children with cancer, including inpatient and outpatient health care settings. Sessions will be held once a month for one hour, starting in June 2026 through November 2026. Participation is FREE and open to all!
